DC’s Move To Trade Trent Boult ‘Extraordinary’ – Tom Moody
Delhi had purchased him for INR 2.2 crores in the auction, while Mumbai offered him another crore to seal the tempting deal. Meanwhile, talking to ESPNcricinfo, Tom Moody expressed his opinion on this bizarre move by Delhi Capitals.
“To me that was an extraordinary move. And I know that at that point at that trade, they didn’t know that the tournament was going to move to the UAE. But even so, Trent Boult would be deadly in Mumbai because that is one venue where the ball would swing,” said Tom Moody.
