The glamorous diva of Bollywood recently revealed the name of her favorite cricketer during an interactive session with her fans on social media and it was not the flamboyant Virat Kohli or master blaster Sachin Tendulkar. It was none other than the coolest captain the cricketing world has ever seen, Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
Dhoni has earned a lot of criticism with his poor show in the shortest format of the game which stirred a lot of controversy regarding his retirement. Many young names such as Delhi’s Rishabh Pant and Kerala’s Sanju Samson were flying in the air to replace the best finisher of the game.
However, Dhoni shut all his critiques with some amazing performances in the limited over in the recently concluded ODI series against Sri Lanka and Australia. He is once again in the forefront of the team selection and is considered of the important player of the squad going to the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup.

During the Q&A session, a fan asked the popular Bollywood star about her favorite cricket team and favorite player. Sunny was quick to respond and she said, “@GaneshK2410 favorite team is obviously India and player – Dhoni #AskSunny.” Despite all the odds, Dhoni’s fan base is still on an upsurge and he is loved by one and all for his cool head and finishing capabilities.
