Virender Sehwag often comes up with interesting tweets and remarks about players who fail or succeed at domestic or international platforms. Chennai Super Kings’ IPL 2021 season opener against Delhi Capitals was another such instance where Sehwag made an interesting observation about a particular CSK player. He made an interesting tweet after Suresh Raina scored a 36-ball 54 and helped the side reach 188/7 in their 20 overs batting first.
Suresh Raina pulled out of IPL 2020 citing personal and family reasons. he and Harbhajan Singh made an early decision to skip the tournament as they wanted to remain with their family during the dreaded COVID times. CSK CEO Kasi Vishwanathan went onto say that their contracts for their next season might be terminated. Later as it turned out, while Harbhajan was roped in by KKR in IPL 2021 auction, Rains was retained.
Meanwhile, many fake reports also circled around social media that Suresh Raina pulled out of the season after he was not given a room with an attached balcony. He did admit that staying alone in a single room during the mandatory quarantine period was tough, which made into news that he was unhappy with the services provided to him by the team management.

Mazaak hai, jyada seriously mat lo. #CSKvsDC“ Sehwag captioned his tweet.
