Chennai Super Kings skipper MS Dhoni was out for a duck in the side’s IPL 2021’s season opener against Delhi Capitals in Mumbai on Saturday. This was the fourth duck of his IPL career. CSK after being sent into bat first lost the wickets of Suresh Raina and Dhoni in quick succession. The wickets helped Delhi make a comeback into the game.

The 16th over of the CSK innings brought the opposition back into the game. In the very first delivery of the over, Suresh Raina was run out courtesy of an accurate throw from Chris Woakes which found Raina short.

Jadeja bumped into Avesh Khan in trying to go for the second run while Raina was more than halfway through. Then in the third delivery of the over, Dhoni played on a delivery from Avesh which had a bit more bounce than a normal delivery.
