Former Indian cricketers Venkatesh Prasad and Javagal Srinath has recently featured in another Cred App ad. The ad featuring former Indian skipper Rahul Dravid became a huge hit across social media p[latforms which is why the makers have come up with another ad. Along with Prasad and Srinath, the ad also features former Indian spinner Maninder Singha and former wicketkeeper-batsman Saba Karim.
This time around, former Indian cricketers, Venkatesh Prasad, Javagal Srinath, Maninder Singh, and Saba Karim joined in to produce an amazing cred app commercial. The ad features the former Indian cricketers in white in all whites while playing the purest format of the game but one could have never imagined the current version of it. These are the cricket stars of the 80s and 90s and one can only associate calm and serious nature with them. However, in their latest ads, they all are acing the role of boy band stars. Their band name is even stylish and it says ‘Venkaboys.’
All the four cricketers can be seen dancing to a tune in the ad. India’s star batter Rohit Sharma also joined the bandwagon and added, “From listening to you coach me on the field, to now listening to you sing while I am on my way to the stadium. Venky Bhai. it’s been a journey.”

The director of this cred app ad, Ayappa KM stated that it was really so good to see a man out of his comfort zone. Seeing Dravid like that was their biggest victory.
“I think the biggest victory here is that Rahul Dravid looks like a seasoned actor. Let’s be honest, he is known for his cricketing skills much more than his acting skills. So it was very nice to see the feedback, that somewhere we’ve communicated the dark side of Rahul Dravid that doesn’t even exist,!” Ayappa added.
