Indian cricketer Cheteshwar Pujara wished Pakistan wicket-keeper batter Mohammad Rizwan on the latter’s 30th birth anniversary. The duo played together for the Sussex team in division two of the County Championship 2022 season.
Mohammad Rizwan has been a prolific run-scorer for Pakistan over the years. He averages 42.77 in Test matches, scoring 1112 runs, including two centuries. The wicket-keeper has two ODI centuries and one in T20Is. In 2021, he scored 1326 T20I runs and was the run-getter in the format.
On June 1, as the Pakistan cricketer turned 30, Pujara shared a picture of the two, wishing him on his birthday. Pujara wrote, “Happy birthday @iMRizwanPak! Have a fabulous year ahead.”

Cheteshwar Pujara had a fabulous run for the Sussex in the County Championship. In five matches, he slammed 720 runs at an average of 120, including two double centuries to his name. He is the leading run-scorer for Sussex in the 2022 championship. Meanwhile, Mohammad Rizwan had a decent season scoring 136 runs in five innings for Sussex.
