The deadly COVID-19 has put the entire world under lockdown, and the major population has been forced to spend time at homes so that the spread of Coronavirus can be stopped. Many public figures, including cricketers, are also following the self-isolation process. Meanwhile, the cricketer-turned-analyst Aakash Chopra finds time to have a quick chat with Cricfit.

During the chat, the former opening batsman Aakash Chopra was asked to name the ”Most Dangerous” batsman in the Indian National Cricket Team at the moment. Revealing his opinion, Chopra named Rohit Sharma as the terrifying batsman for the bowlers. He also feels Virat Kohli and KL Rahul comes close to Rohit Sharma.

Rohit Sharma Can Score 4 Sixes In An Over – Aakash Chopra

Aakash Chopra explained that Virat Kohli can hurt the bowler by playing long innings and scoring runs as per the need of the situation but Rohit Sharma can terrify the batsman by smashing four sixes in an over without breaking a sweat. He further highlighted Rohit’s capability of scoring double centuries in ODI cricket.

”Rohit Sharma terrorises bowler. Virat Kohli can also kill you so does KL Rahul. But, Kohli will kill you very softly. He waits till the 50th over and scores his runs in singles and fours but Rohit Sharma can end up hitting you for four sixes in a single over without breaking a sweat.

”He scored a double century and likely to score a triple century in ODI cricket, which we all know. So, he terrorises bowlers more than any other in Indian cricket at the moment,” Aakash Chopra concluded.

In the World Cup too, he scored 648 runs in just nine matches and remained at the top of ‘most runs’ table. He averaged 81 and struck the maximum of five centuries in the mega event. He even started 2020 brilliantly before being ruled out with an injury during the New Zealand tour.
