Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni have taken Indian cricket to greater heights. While many thought the Men in Blues will have a tough time after the era of Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid to name a few, Kohli and Dhoni have ensured India have a smooth transition. Picking among the two modern-day greats is a tough task, and Umesh Yadav came up with a hilarious answer.
While Dhoni took over the reins in the aftermath of the 2007 World Cup debacle, he took India to greater heights. MS Dhoni is the only skipper to win three ICC titles including the T20 World Cup in 2007, ICC Champions Trophy in 2013, and the World Cup in 2011. When Kohli took over the baton in Tests in 2014 and limited-overs in 2017, there were no hiccups in the side and India continue to march forward in international cricket.

While comparisons continue between Dhoni and Kohli, Umesh Yadav received the same question during a Cricbuzz chat. The fast bowler from Vidarbha, who recently completed a decade in international cricket came up with a hilarious answer.
“Difficult hai bhai, aisa question mat pucho (laughs),” Umesh jokingly said.

Umesh Yadav has had a glorious run in international cricket ever since he made his debut under MS Dhoni. He impressed with his raw pace and made rapid strides. He finished as India’s highest wicket-taker in the 2015 World Cup where they lost in semifinal against host Australia.
While Umesh has lost his place in the limited-overs side, he continues to make his presence in the red-ball cricket. The last few months have been tough for the cricket being in and out of the team. Umesh Yadav is desperate to work hard and cement his berth in Test cricket which already has the likes of Mohammed Shami, Ishant Sharma, and Jasprit Bumrah.
