Social media these days can be pretty unforgiving at times, one such incident which took place over twitter today was a prime example of how cruel can the folks at social media be.
BCCI were on the receiving end of the twitter army on this occasion as they faced the wrath of the angry people over a photo posted by the official BCCI account on Twitter.
Anushka Sharma, wife of Indian skipper Virat Kohli who is also in London was captured by photographers with entire team during their visit to Indian High Commission. People questioned the picture as only cricketers and staff members are usually allowed on such visits, Also the absence of wags of any other cricketer made people furious over special treatment is given to the glamorous couple.
Anushka Sharma wore a beautiful dress in the picture but folks on Twitter were not happy after seeing her in the frame. People also questioned BCCI for allowing wives to accompany their husband on an official tour. Lot of twittereatis were not happy with Anushka standing next to Virat while the Vice-Captain of the team Ajinkya Rahane stood in the last row barely visible.
