Ben Stokes is undoubtedly one of the finest cricketers in the world at present. The all-rounder is a match-winner in all three formats with both and ball. In the ongoing IPL 2020 playing for Rajasthan Royals, he has been the player of the match in the last two matches.

The past few years with the bat has been glorious for Ben Stokes. The Englishmen played an outstanding knock under pressure in the world cup final and made his team world champions. Then only after few months he again produced an astonishing knock against Australia in the Ashes.

Ben Stokes Picks His Favourite Knock

With his side on the verge of losing the series, Stokes scored an unbeaten 135* at Headingley, Leeds. Several experts and former cricketers have hailed both the knocks of Stokes as two of the greatest of all time. Recently Stokes had the difficult task of picking his favourite knock from the two.

As expected Stokes was unsure about the answer and stated that both knocks are special. Eventually, he picked the world cup final heroics ahead of his splendid Ashes century. Stokes pointed out that his batting in the world cup final helped England become champions hence he rated it as his favourite knock.

“Can’t choose. Both are good. I think the World Cup cause we have something to show at the end. World Champions”, Stokes said to teammate Jofra Archer in the rapid-fire round for Rajasthan Royals.

Meanwhile, Stokes scored 84 runs from 98 balls in the dramatic 2019 cricket world cup final against New Zealand. At the home of cricket ‘Lord’s’, the all-rounder produced an iconic inning that very England cricket fan will cherish forever.

Coming back to IPL 2020, Stokes has once again brought his A-game under pressure and played a pivotal role for RR in the last two matches. As a result, Royals still have an outside chance of qualifying for the playoffs this season.
