Australian all-rounder Cameron Green has been substituted out of the warm-up match against India after suffering a blow on the head off a shot by Jasprit Bumrah’s bat. Green now becomes the third player to be subbed out after suffering a blow on the head.
The first incident took place in the 1st T20 when Ravindra Chahal was hit on the head by Mitchell Starc which resulted in Yuzvendra Chahal being included in the playing XI. The second incident happened when Will Pucokski was hit on the head during the first warm-up match against India.
The incident with Cameron Green took place during the early overs of the day when Jasprit Bumrah was batting, that is when Cameron Green bowled the bouncer to Jasprit Bumrah who smashed it straight back to the bowler. Green in his follow-through tried evading the ball but the pace was just quick to dodge the ball in time.
Cameron Green Doubtful For The First Test Along with Will Pucovski
After suffering the blow on the head, Green was down on the ground after which the physio had a check on him ultimately ruling him out of the match. Cameron Green has now been replaced by Pat Rowe as the concussion substitute marking the third concussion substitute of this tour.

With Will Pucovski already in doubt for the first Test as he had suffered a blow on the head off the bowling of Kartik Tyagi. It does goes to see if Cameron Green also joins the queue of injured players on this tour and if yes then who would Australia name as his replacement in the squad.
