The former Proteas skipper has been the one-man army in the batting department for the Chennai Super Kings franchise this season.
Batting at three Du Plessis has had a remarkable run so far in this being the franchise’s leading run-scorer this season. Despite not getting much support from other batsmen Du Plessis kept going which is why he’s been doing the bulk of the scoring.
