CSK teammates Dwayne Bravo and Faf Du Plessis showed great spirit at the toss when their CPL teams took on each other in CPL 2021. Both the players will be joining the CSK squad after the ongoing CPL season is over. The Men in Yellow are placed in the tour four as the second half of the season starts in the UAE.
Meanwhile, St Lucia Kings took on St Kitts & Nevis Patriots in a recent CPL game. At the toss, Du Plessis and Bravo hugged each other and sung “We are Chennai boys and making all the noise wherever we go.” All of this happened as Bravo was asked whether he will bat or bowl.

As the game started, St Lucia Kings on the back of Faf Du Plessis’ 120 scored 224/2 in their allocated 20 overs. Bravo went for 50 without a wicket in his spell and was the most expensive bowler of the lot. The former South African skipper hit 13 fours and five sixes in his knock.
In reply, the Patriots were bowled out for 124 as the Kings won the match by 100 runs. Bravo’s side after winning five games in a row lost two on the bounce. Meanwhile, Kings have pushed themselves up to the second spot in the points table.
