Team India spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has been one of the most active cricketers on social media. Apart from appearing in Live chats, he has gone onto becoming one of the sensations in TikTok. Recently, Yuzvendra Chahal slammed a fan on social media platform Instagram.

Amid the ongoing lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic, all the cricketing boards are coming up with engaging posts on social media to keep their fans active. Team India also have done a significant job in keeping their fans engaged with no cricketing actions going on.

Yuzvendra Chahal shuts down a fan on Instagram

Recently, they shared a picture of the hand of a cricketer and asked the fans to identify. A follower came up with a nasty comment in reply to the post. Yuzvendra Chahal, whose hand was there in the picture came up with a befitting reply to shut down the troller on Instagram.

“kis garib ka haat hei ye,” the fans wrote. 

“uss garib ka joh ground pe apne desh liye Jan bhi deh sakta gain (a poor who can give his life for his country inside the field),” Chahal came up with a stunning reply. 

Meanwhile, Yuzvendra Chahal recently completed his four years in international cricket. He played his first international match, an ODI, against Zimbabwe at Harare. During the match, Yuzvendra Chahal bowled his full quota of 10 overs with figures of 1/27.

Since then, the leg-spinner has gone on to play 52 ODIs for India and has claimed 91 wickets with an economy rate of 5.07. In T20Is, Yuzvendra Chahal has featured in 42 games and has five wickets with an economy rate of 8.18.

“While growing up I always wondered about this thought “Enjoy the game and chase your dreams. Dreams do come true,” Chahal wrote on Twitter. He went on to add, “Can actually say today Dreams do come true. My dream came true on this day..!! 11th of June 2016 debut for India”.
