Wasim Jaffer responded to Kevin Pietersen’s tweet regarding the ongoing Headingley Test earlier today. The former England skipper predicted that India would lose the third Test with Moeen Ali picking six wickets on the final day of the Test match. Jaffer then decided to reply him with a masterful meme.

In the meantime, Wasim Jaffer shared a picture of the famous television character Jethalal Gada thinking.
“Trying to work out how India will be batting on Sunday #ENGvIND”. His response was about a tweet made by Kevin Pietersen who wrote “Moeen will get 6 wickets on Sunday. Series 1-1.”.

There has been a lot of banter between both teams both on and off the field. While the likes of Virat Kohli, Jasprit Bumrah and James Anderson have been busy with onfield banters, off the field, Jaffer has been in top form with his replies to trollers of the Indian team.
Meanwhile, day 2 is already underway at Headingley with Mohammed Shami successfully breaking the opening stand of 135 between Haseeb Hameed and Joe Burns. He breached through the defence of Rory Burns who scored 65 off 153 balls. Dawid Malan who was included in the XI for this game, walked out to bat at number three.
Root went past 400 runs during the course of his innings. He has already scored about 1200 runs in this calendar year in this format. England meanwhile have gathered a good lead of over 200 runs and looks to stretch it to 300 by the end of the day’s play. Dawid Malan’s wicket at the stroke of lunch on day 2 gave India a breathing space and some much-needed motivation going into the final session of the day’s play.
