Although skipper Mithali Raj had a good outing in the first game scoring 72, she was bereft of support at the other end. The bowling also needs to click, having failed to pick up early wickets under overcast conditions. It’s the right time for experienced players Jhulan Goswami and Shikha Pandey to step up in the bowling department.
