Gautam Gambhir has once again slammed Shahid Afridi over his outrageous remarks on Kashmir. The two former Cricketers have not stopped taking a dig each other even after retiring from Cricket. Both Gambhir and Afridi had a heated rivalry when they played during their careers. Shahid Afridi in a recent video reported by ABP news said hateful words against India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Afridi recently visited the Pakistan occupied Kashmir, where he openly criticised PM Modi and Indian Army. He went on to say the world is suffering from a big disease(COVID-19) currently, but ‘the bigger disease is in Modi’s mind’. He also claimed that Pakistan has 7 lakh force and 20 crores Pakistanis back it. The former Cricketer turned Politician Gautam Gambhir did not spare Afridi, and immediately he replied.

Meanwhile, the video of Shahid Afridi went viral on social media today that left every India upset. He also has time and again took a jibe at Gautam Gambhir. Afridi in his autobiography referred the former Indian player as a cross between Don Bradman and James Bond.

He said “Gambhir behaves like he’s a cross between Don Brandman and James Bond. In Karachi, we call guys like him saryal (burnt up). It’s simple; I like happy and positive people. It doesn’t matter if they are aggressive or competitive, but you have to be positive & Gambhir wasn’t”, Afridi wrote in his autobiography.

Meanwhile, Gautam Gambhir gave a fitting reply and said “Someone who doesn’t remember his age, how will he remember my records! ok. Shahid Afridi let me remind you of one, 2007 World T20 final, Ind vs Pak Gambhir 75 off 54 balls vs Afridi 0 off 1 ball. Most importantly, we won the Cup and yes, I’ve attitude towards liars, traitors and opportunists”, he said.
