Indian Cricketer Harbhajan Singh and his wife Geeta Basra have been blessed with a baby boy. Harbhajan announced the news to his fans through his Twitter account. He wrote, “Blessed with a Baby boy…..shukar aa Tera maalka”.

The couple shared the message among their fans, “A new little hand for us to hold, his love is grand, precious as gold. A wonderful gift, so special and sweet. Our hearts are full, our lives complete. We thank the almighty for blessing us with a healthy baby boy. Both Geeta and the baby are doing well.

We are overwhelmed with joy and would like to extend our gratitude to all our well-wishers, for their constant love and support,” while announcing the arrival of their little boy.

Harbhajan Singh and Geeta Basra got married on 29 October 2015 in Jalandhar. The couple has a daughter, Hinaya Heer Plaha, who was born on 27 July 2016. Earlier this year, Geeta Basra had shared a picture on her Instagram account revealing that the couple was expecting their second child.

The picture featured their little daughter, Hinaya Heer Plaha holding a T-shirt written “Soon to be a big sister”, alongside Harbhajan and Geeta. She captioned the picture as, “Coming soon…..July 2021”.

Harbhajan Singh is part of the Kolkata Knight Riders squad and will be playing in the Indian Premier League 2021. The Kolkata-based franchise is currently at the seventh spot. The second leg of IPL 2021 will resume in September in the United Arab Emirates.
