The 6^th edition of Caribbean Premier League known as CPL is going to start from 8^th August 2018 to 16^th September. There are 6 teams participating in this year’s edition. These teams are Barbados Tridents, Guyana Amazon Warriors, Jamaica Tallawahs, St Kitts and Nevis Patriots, ST Lucia Stars and Trinbago Knight Riders.

The CPL is an annual T20 tournament held in West Indies. The first edition of the CPL was held in 2013. Matches would be played in Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago. Three matches would be played at Lauderhill, Florida.

ST Kitts and Nevis are the defending Champions of CPL. They won the finals by beating Barbados Tridents in the 2017 edition. Many big players Brendon McCullum, Ross Taylor, Chris Lynn, Luke Ronchi, Hashim Amla are going to take part in this tournament.
