Leading the charge for Sri Lanka U19 is the astute Sineth Jayawardene, who will not only captain the 17-member squad but also employ his strategic acumen to guide the team towards creating history. Drawing inspiration from a former Indian cricketing star, these young colts aspire to emulate a style that transcends boundaries and decisions that define greatness.
Sineth Jayawardene said: “I would like to be like MS Dhoni. He’s my idol. I want to be as cool as him. The way he handles the team, his decision-making – everything about him is amazing.”
