He was dismissed for a duck in the opening match of the tournament against Australia. However, Rohit made a comeback in the following game. He slammed a stunning century, scoring 131 runs in 84 deliveries, including sixteen boundaries and five sixes. The swashbuckling Indian opener followed up with an 86-run knock against Pakistan in the next game. He has slammed seven centuries at the ODI World Cups so far, the most by any cricketer.
