Team India will be looking to showcase their attacking skills as they will face Australia in the 5-match T20I series starting from 23rd November onwards and will finish on 3rd December.

It promises to be an exciting encounter as the Indian team will be led by Suryakumar Yadav and has players who performed in the Indian Premier League 2023. They would be looking to gain experience as they start the preparation for World T20 2024.

On the other hand, Australia would be led by Matthew Wade. They have also top-quality players that can create an impact with their abilities.

Here we look at the 5 Players To Watch Out For Between India and Australia T20I Series 2023

  1. Yaishvi Jaiswal

The stylish left-handed Yaishvi Jaiswal would be looking to prove his worth against the Australian bowling lineup. He can hit big shots right from the word go and make sure that India posts a decent total.

He has batted in 8 innings for Team India with 248 runs including the best score of 100 in the quarterfinals of the Asian Games 2023 against Nepal. Jaiswal has an attacking approach which makes life tough for the bowlers.

Jaiswal would be looking to provide an attacking start in the first six overs and put the Australian bowlers on the backfoot helping Team India post big total or chase down targets.

  1. Glenn Maxwell

The explosive right-handed batter Glenn Maxwell has a great record in the T20I format against India. Playing the recently concluded World Cup, he would be looking to showcase his domination with his innovative shots.

He has featured in 19 T20I matches (18 innings) against India with 438 runs including 1 century and 2 half-centuries to his name including the best score of 113 not out and strike rate of 141.75.
