In a depressing news for SRH fans, yet another Australian fast bowler has been injured and ruled out of the IPL 2018.
Sunrisers Hyderabad fast bowler Billy Stanlake has been ruled out from the rest of this edition of Indian Premier League season due to a fracture in the finger.
Physio has advised Stanlake to take rest and get the complete medical attention for his injury. Billy got this fracture during the last game against Chennai super kings while fielding.
This injury would hamper the SRH chances in the further matches of this tournament as the big quick was the main weapon of their fast bowling armoury.
“Stanlake sustained a displaced fracture on his right-hand fifth finger whilst fielding and surgical reduction and fixation was required to restore function to that finger,” the franchise stated in a media release.
Billy Stanlake has been ruled out of the remainder of IPL 2018 owing to a fractured finger. The #OrangeArmy wishes him a speedy recovery.
