3. Shikhar Dhawan (SRH to DC)

Sunrisers Hyderabad traded Shikhar Dhawan to Delhi Capitals in need of Vijay Shankar, Abhishek Sharma, and Shahbaz Nadeem. Dhawan was a big reason for Sunrisers scoring heavy runs at the top and he also had built up a good partnership with skipper David Warner.

He played with the franchise since 2013, scoring over 500 runs almost every season till 2017. Dhawan is third on the Orange Cap list as of Match 54 with 525 runs at an impressive strike-rate of 147, in this IPL as well. He has scored 5050 runs in 174 innings at a strike-rate of 126.57 in his overall IPL career.
