If there’s one player that has benefitted the most from ongoing IPL 2020 it has to be Varun Chakravarthy. The KKR spinner impressed in every match that he bowler and picked big wickets when the match got tight. Even the Indian selectors were impressed by Chakravarthy and picked him in the T20 squad of Indian for the Australia tour.
Chakravarthy was at attacking option for KKR in all stages of the match. The spinner is extremely versatile as a spinner who can bowl economical overs at any given time. He even overshadowed the likes of Sunil Narine and Kuldeep Yadav in what turned out to be a dream season for him. Chakravarthy ended IPL as the leading wicket-taker for KKR this season.
