IPL franchise Delhi Capitals has signed Australian pacer Ben Dwarshuis as Chris Woakes’ replacement for the remainder of the IPL. Woakes was one of the two England players to pull out from the UAE leg due to personal reasons. He confirmed the same after the Manchester Test between England and India was cancelled. Meanwhile, Delhi Capitals has released a statement of signing Dwarshuis in place of Chris Woakes for the remaining season. The left-arm pacer is a seasoned campaigner in the Australian domestic circuit having played in the BBL as well.
