Harshal Patel has done brilliantly for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the last two seasons. He was the leading wicket-taker during the 2021 season of IPL with 32 wickets at an economy of 8.14 runs per over with 1 five-wicket and 1 four-wicket haul including best figures of 5 for 27.
Harshal has struggled in the Indian national team but proved to be the main bowler for Royal Challengers Bangalore. He picked up 19 wickets during the 2022 season at an economy of 7.66 runs with best figures of 4 for 34.
He will be key for Royal Challengers Bangalore team to bowl yorkers in the death overs and restrict Mumbai Indians.
