Aakash Chopra, speaking ahead of the match against LSG, claims that Rajat Patidar’s absence in the RCB camp is noticeable in the IPL 2023.
Aakash Chopra, a former Indian batter, stated that Royal Challengers Bangalore felt Rajat Patdar’s absence. At Bengaluru’s M Chinnaswamy Stadium, RCB will square off against KL Rahul’s Lucknow Super Giants.
“According to Chopra, RCB is feeling Patidar’s absence. Chopra claims that RCB has a soft underbelly in the middle order.”

Speaking on his YouTube channel, Chopra stated that although both Virat Kohli and captain Faf du Plessis appear to be in good form, the RCB is still missing Patidar.
“Due to an Achilles Heel injury, Patidar will not participate in the IPL 2023. Vyashak Vijay Kumar of Karnataka will take Patidar’s place.”
It appears that Kohli is in good shape. Prior to that ball that turned in and defeated him in the previous game, he was also batting well.
He continued by saying that while the RCB openers will perform as expected, their middle order has a weaker side. After defeating MI in the first game, RCB lost to Kolkata Knight Riders by an 81-run margin. You occasionally send Michael Bracewell to No. 3 and you want to send someone else in other situations. Patidar is the only alternative, and Maxi hasn’t been fired yet.
The openers, in my opinion, will succeed, but the middle appears to have a weaker side. The middle and lower-middle order appears to be very flimsy on paper, said Chopra.
Chopra said that Sri Lankan spinner Wanindu Hasaranga enters the starting lineup and may take the place of David Willey when discussing RCB’s bowling options. RCB will host LSG as they try to get back on track in the IPL’s 2023 season after losing to KKR in their previous game.
