IPL 2023: MS Dhoni Old Tweets Got Viral After Jadeja's Takes A Stunning Catch

Ms Dhoni took two most crucial catches of the match in the IPL 2023. Faf and Maxwell both were caught by none other than the CSK captain himself. Chennai Super Kings posted a humongous total of 226 in 20 overs. CSK got the big fish Virat Kohli early in the innings. Akash Singh took the wicket of Virat Kohli.

Royal Challengers Bangalore were reeling at 15 for 2. Maxwell and Faf Du Plessis set up a mammoth partnership of 126 runs. Ms Dhoni used his spinners continuously from the 11th to 16th over, following which CSK got the wicket of Faf and Maxwell.

RCB needed 36 off 20 balls and it looked like the RCB’s game until Matheesha Pathirana gave 4 runs in the 18th over. The equation came down to 31 in 12 balls after Pathirana’s over. Ms Dhoni said in the post-match presentation that he is more concerned about the process rather than being concerned about the result. The process is more important for captain cool.

MS Dhoni has been doing this for many years now and has taught us the importance of believing in the right process. Ms Dhoni said “Whenever you score 220, the batsmen have to keep on hitting. It’s a matter of a few overs in the middle.

“If Faf and Maxi had continued, they’d have won by the 18th over, so you need to get engrossed with the process, know what is the bowling change, what can I do from which end, what is really happening, if something has really changed.” MS Dhoni also praised Dube for his clean hitting.

The impact that Dhoni has on the crowd is insane, this is probably his last IPL and CSK will be eager to win it for him. CSK were sloppy in the field yesterday and that could’ve cost the game. CSK are now in 3rd position in the points table.
