On Sunday in the IPL 2023 at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur, Rajasthan Royals scored 214 runs against Sunrisers Hyderabad for the loss of just two wickets. Jos Buttler played a terrific knock of 95 runs against Sunrisers Hyderabad, he displayed a terrific form.
However, Bhuvneshwar had other plans. He came up with a brilliant yorker to trap the batsman in front of the wicket and sent him back to the pavilion with a successful DRS call.
Before being dismissed by Indian pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar five runs short of the century, English batsman Jos Buttler once again produced a brilliant innings of 95 runs.
However, Bhuvneshwar had other plans. He came up with a brilliant yorker to trap the batsman in front of the wicket and sent him back to the pavilion with a successful DRS call. Buttler was in excellent form and all indications pointed to the classy Englishman scoring yet another ton.

After falling victim to a Marco Jansen pitch, Jaiswal’s night came to an end. Samson then entered the batter’s box. The second wicket partnership between the Indian and Englishman, which totalled 138 runs, softened the impact of Hyderabad’s bowling. When Bhuvneshwar delivered the game-ending delivery to remove the dangerous batsman, Buttler was on the verge of reaching his century.
10 fours and 4 sixes were scattered throughout Buttler’s innings as he destroyed the bowling lineup. While Samson continued the assault at the other end, Shimron Hetmyer was brought in to replace Buttler. The RR captain played some outstanding shots to reach his 50 and finished the evening unbeaten on 66 off of 38 balls faced.
As RR recorded a total of 214 runs, Hetmyer also maintained his perfect record with 7 runs off 5 deliveries. Abhishek Sharma and Anmolpreet Singh, who replaced pacer T Natarajan as an impact player in the SRH innings as they attempted to chase down the target, opened the team’s innings.
