RCB, after losing seven of their first eight league matches, are on a five-game winning streak. In contrast, CSK’s form has been inconsistent, with three losses in their last five games.
Ahead of this crucial match, which is already being considered a possible knockout, a fan has “comically planned” to breach the security protocols at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.
In a viral video, the fan revealed that he recently attended an RCB game to devise his strategy for entering the playing field. He noted that most of the stands inside the stadium are surrounded by barricades and inverted spikes, but he has found a way to access one of the two stands without such obstacles.

The IPL 2024 Playoffs contention is now down to five teams – RCB, CSK, SRH, DC, and LSG -competing for two available slots
KKR and RR have secured their places in the playoffs, while teams like MI, GT, and PBKS have been eliminated after struggling campaigns. DC have completed their league matches, finishing with 14 points from as many games by defeating LSG in their final match.
Among the remaining contenders, except for SRH, all teams have just one match left. This implies that net run-rates are likely to be crucial in determining the final playoff spot for IPL 2024.
As per IPL 2024’s official broadcasters Star Sports, SunRisers Hyderabad have an 87.3 percent chance of qualifying, surpassing Chennai Super Kings (72.7 percent) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (39.3 percent). DC have a 0.7 percent chance of qualifying, while LSG have a 0.2 percent chance.
