Rohit Sharma has featured in 27 matches against CSK for Mumbai Indians scoring a total of 732 runs with seven half-centuries to his name. During his seven half-centuries, his best knock came during the 2015 IPL finals where he scored 50 off 26 deliveries that helped MI post 202 for 5.

MI won the IPL title by 41 runs as they restricted CSK to 161 for 8. He then played another cameo that helped Mumbai Indians win their second title in the 2017 edition.

Rohit Sharma’s best performance for Mumbai Indians against CSK came on 22nd April 2011 at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai. Rohit came at number 4 after the fall of Sachin Tendulkar’s wicket. He looked impressive with his attacking shots and then put on an excellent display of batting where other MI batters struggled.

Rohit made his highest score against CSK with 87 off 48 balls with 8 fours and 5 sixes that helped MI post 164 for 4 in 20 overs. Mumbai Indians held onto their nerves to win the match by 8 runs and gain two valuable points in the tournament.
