Former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan has slammed Kangana Ranaut for misinterpreting his tweets and using it to spread hate across the country. Pathan’s comments comes after Kangana accused him of not tweeting about the worsening COVID situation in Bengal while he sympathised with Israel’s military attack on Gaza. Kangana has been in the news recently for her comments on the government’s actions to stop the spread of COVID in the country among several other things.

Former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan has criticized Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut for sharing a controversial tweet on him by a Twitterati. It is a known fact that Kangana’s Twitter account got suspended a few days back for allegedly spreading hate around.

Pathan had also tweeted his views on the conflict and had said he did not support what was happening in Palestine, criticising Israel’s military attack on Gaza. “If you have even slightest of humanity you will not support what’s happening in #Palestine #SaveHumanity,” Pathan had tweeted.

Meanwhile, Kangana blamed Pathan for not sharing a tweet on the current situation of West Bengal with sympathising with the attack on Palestines. Taking a dig over her suspended Twitter account, Pathan said his tweets are either for humanity or his countrymen.

“All My tweets are either 4 humanity or countrymen, from a point of view of a guy who has represented India at d highest level. On d contrary counters I get from ppl like Kangna who’s account get dismissed by spreading hate n some other paid accounts are only about hate. #planned,” tweeted Irfan.

Kangana Ranaut started trending on Instagram after her Twitter account was blocked. The actress started trending on Twitter on Thursday as the netizens demanded a ban on her Instagram account after her Twitter account was suspended.
