The speedster from South Africa Kagiso Rabada has made a name for himself in his short international career. His pace and accuracy have earned him accolades have earned him praise from all quarters. While Kagiso Rabada has given nightmares to the current lot of batters, recently he named a few greats, whom he would love to bowl.

Rabada is arguably the best fast bowler of this generation. He also played a significant role for the Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Although he has struggled with injuries quite a few time, but Rabada has managed to come back stronger.

Would love to bowl to Sachin Tendulkar: Kagiso Rabada

Recently, during a chat on Delhi Capital’s Instagram Page, Kagiso Rabada revealed the names of great batsmen he would love to bowl. The Proteas spearhead names India’s Sachin Tendulkar along with Kevin Pietersen, Viv Richards, and Ricky Ponting.

“I think Kevin Pietersen, Sachin Tendulkar, Vivian Richards and Ricky Ponting would be the batsmen I would love to bowl to,” Rabada said.

Furthermore, Kagiso Rabada also admitted that he was looking forward to playing in the IPL after recovering from the injury. However, BCCI had to postpone the tournament owing to coronavirus pandemic, originally slated to commence from March 29. Currently, the tournament stands postponed for an indefinite period. However, BCCI is looking at various options to stage the cash-rich league.

“I would’ve been ready for the IPL in March. I had a tear in my groin, but I healed quite quickly and believed I would have been able to play the IPL if it had started as scheduled.

“It was something I was really looking forward to, especially after last season’s performance which was, no doubt, a huge motivator for all of us. It was also by far the most enjoyable season I’ve been part of.” Rabada added.
