The 18-year old Nepal player has been signed by Melbourne stars for this edition of Big Bash league. It is to be noted that he already marked his debut in two major leagues this year, IPL and Caribbean premier league.

This year has been one of the most unforgettable ones for the youngster and he is all smiling after the news. Melbourne Stars, who haven’t won a single title will be hoping for a change in fortunes and Sandeep might be the trump card they are looking for.

Sandeep who lauded Michael Clarke for his entry to international cricket was one of the reasons behind Nepal gaining its ODI status. Earlier this year, they created an impact in the qualifiers and undoubtedly, they have been the side to watch out for.

His appearance in Delhi Daredevils and St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots boosted his confidence to perform better in global T20 leagues and provided an international exposure.

BBL will commence on December 19 and the season lasts till February.
