Pandya Brothers Hardik & Krunal Send Oxygen Concentrators To Healthcenters To Fight COVID-19

Pandya brothers Hardik and Krunal did their bit in India’s fight against COVID-119 as they sent across new batch of oxygen cylinders to health care and COVID centers across India. The death toss in the country is increasing every single day as hospitals and nursing homes are facing serious shortage of oxygen cylinders, beds and other basic necessities all across the country.

In these tough times, the Pandya brothers have taken a big step in providing healthcare facilities to hospitals across India. The Mumbai Indians stars have donated oxygen concentrators to rural areas, where medical infrastructure needs more support.

During IPL 2021, Hardik had informed fans that the Pandya brothers would donate 200 oxygen concentrators to rural parts of India. On Monday, Krunal posted a photo on Instagram to update his followers that a new batch of oxygen concentrators was being dispatched to COVID centres.

“This new batch of Oxygen Concentrators are being dispatched to Covid centres with prayers in our hearts for everyone’s speedy recovery,” Krunal Pandya captioned the post on Instagram.

Krunal posted this update on his Twitter handle as well. Hardik retweeted his tweet and quoted “We’re in the middle of a tough battle that we can win by working together.”

Hardik Pandya missed out on the Indian Test squad for the WTC final and the England series. However, both him and Krunal are in line to be selected for the limited-overs series against Sri Lanka in July. The ODI series against Sri Lanka will be a part of the ICC Cricket World Cup Super League.

As per SLC’s proposed itinerary to the BCCI, accessed by ESPNcricinfo, the series will commence with the ODIs on July 13, 16, 19 followed by T20I series on July 22, 24, 27. All matches will be played at Colombo’s Premadasa stadium.
