Prithvi Shaw, the Indian and Delhi Capitals player recently bought his dream house in Bandra, Mumbai. The house is reportedly worth Rs 10.5 crore and the youngster has put almost his five year’s salary to get this house.

Coming to the details of the house that Prithvi has bought, the lavish apartment on Bandra reclamation is on the 8th floor of residential tower 81 Aureate. It has a carpet area of 2209 square feet, a terrace of 1654 square feet and also three car parking slots.

Shaw has reportedly paid INR 52.50 lakhs as stamp duty on March 31, while it was registered a few days ago, on April 28. The property is developed by Pyramid Developers and Ultra Lifespace.

Cricket players playing in the IPL, earn a lot of money through brands, match fees, and tournament fees amongst many other sources. They can afford expensive things that they couldn’t buy earlier. IPL is known for changing the lives and lifestyles of people. The base price of a player starts from 20 lakhs itself which is a lot and if the player is in the starting XI and is capped for his country, the price automatically increases.

The Delhi Capitals opener has been part of the domestic circuit for the past four years. He has been a key part of the Ranji side as well as the Delhi Capitals side since he was bought, back in 2018.

He was retained by Delhi Capitals for a whopping INR 7.5 crores, ahead of IPL 2022. Shaw has the potential to be one of the best in the Business once he gets settled and can change the tide of the match by the kind of innings he plays.
