Rajasthan Royals (RR) beat Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the IPL Eliminator, advancing to face Sunrisers Hyderabad in the next qualifying match. RCB started their innings strongly with Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis at the crease. They scored 34 runs in the first four overs, with Kohli hitting a six and a single, and Du Plessis hitting a four and a single.

RCB reached 37 runs with one wicket down in five overs after Du Plessis was caught by Rovman Powell off Trent Boult’s bowling. Cameron Green joined Kohli but was dismissed by Ashwin after scoring 27 runs. Glenn Maxwell was out on the first ball, leaving RCB struggling. Dinesh Karthik and Mahipal Lomror tried to steady the innings, with Lomror hitting a few boundaries. However, RCB’s final score was 172/8 in 20 overs.

RR started their chase with Tom Kohler-Cadmore and Yashasvi Jaiswal. Jaiswal scored quickly, hitting several boundaries, but was dismissed by Cameron Green after scoring 45 runs.
