Today Rajasthan Royals fast bowler Jaydev Unadkat tied the knot with the long-time finance Rinny. The marriage was a private ceremony in Anand, Gujarat on Tuesday. Jaydev Unadkat and his ladylove Rinny got engaged in March last year. Unadkat’s IPL franchise the Rajasthan Royals also congratulated the newlywed couple on their official Twitter account.

The left-arm fast bowler shared few of his marriage photos on social media. Unadkat famously last year led the Saurashtra side to the Ranji Trophy title. Following that the Royals acquired him in the IPL auction ahead of the 13th edition of the league which was contested in the UAE. The franchise has again shown faith in the experienced fast bowler and retained him ahead of the IPL auction.

Coming back to the marriage, Unadkat thanked all his well-wishers via Twitter on his big day.

“It gives us great joy in sharing that our wedding took place on 2nd of February, 2021 in an intimate ceremony with family and friends”.

“We are grateful for all the love you have showered upon us and seek your blessings as we embark on this incredible journey together”, Unadkat wrote on Twitter.

The Rajasthan Royals also shared a photo of Jaydev Unadkat’s wedding and congratulated him on their official Twitter account.

Meanwhile, Unadkat will be a key player for Rajasthan Royals as the tournament is expected to be held in India. The seasoned bowler will be extremely handy on the slower surfaces which will make life difficult for all the opposition batsmen. The franchise will be this year led by Sanu Samson after Steve Smith was released ahead of the IPL mini-auction.

The Rajasthan Royals had a disappointing IPL 2020 in UAE as they failed to make it to the playoffs. Unadkat will be a key weapon for Rajasthan Royals come IPL 2021 in the month of April-May. Overall he has played 80 matches in the IPL and picked up 81 wickets. He has also represented India in 10 T20Is, 7 ODIs and 1 Test.
