Assam posted 279 in their first innings while Maharashtra scored 253. Assam began day 3 on 101 for 3 and just scored 88 runs before being dismissed for 189. Needing 215, Maharashtra won the match by 7 wickets with a century from Sheikh.
Karnataka continued their dominance as they bowled out Railways for 333. In their second innings, Mayank Agarwal scored another century to the 3rd day on 208 for 1.
In Group B, Rajasthan faced Saurashtra in an important match. Rajasthan started the third day on 60 for 2. They were dismissed for 275. Following on, they have ended on 13 for 0. Â Barot scored 63 for Rajasthan.
