Rohit Sharma Shares Funny Picture, Ritika Sajdeh’s Response Goes Viral

Rohit Sharma, the captain of the Indian cricket team, brought humour to Instagram with a hilarious post. However, it was his wife Ritika Sajdeh‘s reply that stole the spotlight on the internet. After India’s comprehensive victory over West Indies in the first Test match in Dominica, Rohit Sharma was in a jovial mood.

He took to Instagram and shared a picture of himself along with a witty dialogue from Shah Rukh Khan’s popular movie “Baazigar.”

The caption, “Anarkali ka phone tha, ice cream khana bahut zaroori hai” (Anarkali had called, it’s crucial to eat ice cream), quickly went viral on social media.

Many users came up with impressive responses, but it was Ritika Sajdeh’s comment that won over social media users. She humorously remarked, “But you were talking to me and asking if the coffee machine was okay,” leaving everyone in splits.

In the first Test, India defeated West Indies by an innings and 141 runs on Day 3

The team led by Rohit Sharma dominated the hosts, with debutant Yashasvi Jaiswal scoring an impressive 171 runs, and Ravichandran Ashwin taking a remarkable total of 12 wickets. The second and final Test of the two-match series will commence on July 20, with the Indian team considered the favourites.

Currently, the Indian cricket team holds the top position in the ICC Test team rankings with a rating of 121. However, their position is not secure, even if they defeat West Indies 2-0. Australia is placed second with 116 points, and they have the opportunity to surpass India for the top spot in the rankings, as they are currently competing against England in the ongoing Ashes series, led by Pat Cummins.

Looking forward, the second and final Test is set to begin on July 20, with India heading into the match as the strong favourites.
