Sachin Tendulkar is currently leading the India legends side in the road safety world super series in Raipur. In the first match against Bangladesh legends, Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag turned back the clock and stitched another memorable opening partnership.
Some of the all-time great cricketing legends are playing for their respective sides in the world safety super series. The tournament is being played during the Coronavirus pandemic and players are required to get their COVID-19 tests done every day.
The legendary former India batsman Sachin Tendulkar posted a playful video on his social media accounts where he pranked the medical staff during his COVID-19 Test. Tendulkar was in a mood to have fun and during his Test, he scared the medical team by screaming during his COVID-19 assessment.

Soon after Tendulkar had a smirk on his face and the medical team realised that he was just having fun and everybody started laughing.
“I’ve played 200 Tests and 277 COVID Tests! A little prank to lighten the mood. Kudos to our medical staff here for helping us to play for a cause,” Sachin captioned his post.

Meanwhile, the entire Indian legends team looked in good spirits during their opening match of the tournament. Even off the field Tendulkar’s teammates Virender Sehwag and Yuvraj Singh had fun while their captain was having a session with his physiotherapist. As always Sehwag pulled Tendulkar’s leg and Yuvraj who was sitting next to them too joined in the fun.
Furthermore, Tendulkar scored an unbeaten 33 off 26 deliveries while Sehwag was his vintage best and smashed 80 runs off just 35 balls as India legends won the opening match against Bangladesh by 10 wickets. Tendulkar’s side will today take on the England legends and the match will begin at 7 pm at Raipur.
