Team India all-rounder Shardul Thakur has poked fun at teammate Ajinkya Rahane and Rohit Sharma over an Instagram post. Coming from Mumbai, Shardul shares a very cordial relationship with Rahane and Rohit.

The all-rounder has shared a throwback picture with a hilarious caption with Rahane and Rohit walking him out. While the pacer was standing in the middle, the other two stood to his right and left respectively.

The picture was supposedly clicked during the three-and-a-half-month England tour last year. However, what really stood out the most was the caption of the image. Shardul Thakur wrote:

“Having bodyguards is just a part of being famous I think 😛 #st54.”

The post has gone viral ever since it has landed on the internet. Many Indian cricketers, including Yuzvendra Chahal and Ajinkya Rahane commented on the post.

“Bodyguards ki body kahan hai thakur sahib 😂😂, Chahal commented on the post.

On the other hand, Rahane wrote:

“Just walking you out of the dressing room. 🤣”

Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma’s wife Ritika Sajdeh came up with a hilarious comment asking Shardul Thakur to be prepared for the reply.

“You know what’s coming 💁‍♀️,” Ritika wrote.

Rohit is yet to comment on the post and it will be interesting to see how he reacts to the same.
