South Africa’s Marco Jansen has climbed nine places to reach the 18th spot, while England’s Jofra Archer has leaped 13 places to share 19th position following his stellar performance in the tournament.
Omarzai’s Career-Best Performance Elevates Him to No. 1 All-Rounder
Azmatullah Omarzai has reached a career-best rating of 296 points, making him the top-ranked all-rounder in ODI cricket. His outstanding performance in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 has been instrumental in Afghanistan’s success. Omarzai has scored 126 runs in three matches at an average of 43, while also claiming seven wickets, including a crucial five-wicket haul against England in the group stage.
His rise has displaced fellow Afghan all-rounder Mohammed Nabi, who previously held the No. 1 spot. Among Indian all-rounders, Axar Patel has made significant strides, jumping 17 spots to claim the 13th position with a career-best rating of 194 points. He has contributed 80 runs at an average of 26.66 and picked up five wickets, making him a valuable asset for India in the tournament.
