The India tour of the Sri Lanka T20 International series finally began on 25 July 2021 at R.Premadasa Stadium, Colombo. Meanwhile, ahead of the match star all-rounder, Hardik Pandya was seen singing the national anthem. However, Hardik Pandya was heard not only the Indian national anthem but the Sri National anthem too.

Hardik Pandya got massive appreciation from the cricket pundits for his move on social media. Many times Hardik Pandya has been seen with his aggressie behavior on the field. Although Hardik is the funny guy most of the time he remains aggressive on the field. And fans love the aggressive side of Hardik Pandya on the field.

Notably, Hardik Pandya didn’t have a great One Day International series against Sri Lanka. The all-rounder disappointed a lot of former cricketers and fans with bad performances with bat and ball. Also Sri Lanka series was the first time in a long time where Hardik Pandya was playing as a complete all-rounder. Notably, Hardik was recovering from a back injury due to which he missed out on bowling.

Ahead of the start of the match, Hardik Pandya was seen humming the national anthem of Sri Lanka which garnered appreciation from all corners.

Prithvi Shaw got out on duck in India vs Sri Lanka first T20I

Explosive opener Prithvi Shaw failed a massive failure in the first T20I game against Sri Lanka. Prithvi Shaw came to bat after performing sensationally in the ODI series. However, he failed to continue his ODI form in the first T20I match. Shaw got dismissed on the very first ball of his T20I debut innings.

Also, he became the first Indian to get out on the first T20I ball of the match and second Indian after KL Rahul to get out on duck in the first ball of debut innings.

In the meantime, Shikhar Dhawan and Sanju Samson batted beautifully and provided a good start to the team. Sanju Samson got out on 27 and later Shikhar Dhawan played a 46 runs knock. Suryakumar Yadav was looking in great touch too, he scored a half-century.
