Former India skipper MS Dhoni leadership abilities are known to one and all. He played a significant role in India's dominance in recent time across the globe and in all formats. Time and again people have praised skipper Dhoni and Suresh Raina is only an addition to the long list.
Since MS Dhoni took the baton from Rahul Dravid after the debacle in ICC World Cup in 2007, Indian cricket has only gone forward. He immediately won the inaugural edition of the ICC World T20 with a bunch of young cricketers and then took India to the number one spot in the Test rankings. He is also the only skipper to win the three ICC titles. He has led India in 60 Tests, 200 ODIs and 72 T20Is winning 27, 110 and 41 games, respectively.

Besides, MS Dhoni has won three titles with Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League (IPL). As another IPL journey embarks, his longtime teammate Suresh Raina has heaped praise on Dhoni calling him the best captain India have ever had.
“I think we have the best captain who has changed the Indian team like anything. Now we have that same aura in our dressing room,” Raina said on ‘The Super Kings show’ on Star Sports Tamil.
Meanwhile, speaking about the current scenario, Suresh Raina has fallen out of favour while MS Dhoni has stayed away from cricket since India's ouster from World Cup last year. While speculations continue to rise on his retirement, it seems like Dhoni will not return in India colours anymore.
