Since then a lot of cricket fans, media personalities and cricketers themselves have condemned this particular act by the fan. The person has received a lot of criticism for his intentional curt attitude towards his team captain.

Sarfaraz in a press conference also mentioned that Pak fans appreciate cricket and would never disrespect any individual. This came in response when Indian fans were booing Australian player Steve Smith. Skipper Virat Kohli stood up to the occasion and gestured Indian fans to stop booing.

However, the fan issued an apology on social media by himself today. A new video has been released where he said that he issued an apology to the skipper at the same place for his comments.

He also said that he deleted the video then and there but didn”t know how this would become such viral in no time. He also issued an apology to the fans if they are offended by his behaviour at that moment of time.

It is to be noted that Pakistan fans aren”t satisfied with their team”s performance in the World Cup and taking a dig against the players every time. This hasn”t pleased the cricketing world as the other sections view this activity a very “abnormal” one.

Pakistan will be playing their next game against South Africa tomorrow and in all means both the sides will be looking to start their second innings of the World Cup on a positive note.
