Team India stalwart Virat Kohli has returned to London following the three-match home series against New Zealand. The former skipper is set to enjoy a brief break before resuming competitive action in the 2026 edition of the Indian Premier League.

It is noteworthy that Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have made London their home along with their children. The 37-year-old frequently travels to India for his cricket commitments before returning to London.
Kohli has also been in exceptional form with the bat in recent times. Carrying on his good form, the senior batter finished the home series against New Zealand as India’s top run-scorer, scoring 240 runs in three innings at an average of 80.
KL Rahul Reflects On Sharing RCB Dressing Room With Virat Kohli
Team India batter KL Rahul recently reflected on his debut season with Royal Challengers Bangalore in 2013, reminiscing about sharing the dressing room with the likes of Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, and Chris Gayle.
Rahul noted that despite being a global superstar, Kohli remained grounded and approachable. He shared these thoughts during a conversation with Kevin Pietersen on the YouTube show The Switch.
“I was 21 when I first played the IPL and got to share the RCB dressing room with my heroes like Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers, Virat Kohli, and Zaheer Khan. It was the first time I truly saw what they did to reach the top.”
“Yeah, so with Virat, from the moment I met him, he was very, very welcoming, and he never had that arrogance about him being a superstar.”
