IPL 2021: ‘It’s Unbelievable’, Virat Kohli Hilariously Reacts After Winning The Toss Against Mumbai Indians

Virat Kohli was overwhelmed after finally calling it right at the toss in the opening match of IPL 2021 against Mumbai Indians. Whenever Kohli comes out to toss it’s an event as he hardly wins it and then his hilarious reactions goes viral all over social media. When Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma were getting ready for the toss today the RCB skipper once again had a smirk on his face as he knew that his record at the toss hasn’t been great lately.

Virat Kohli Hilariously Reacts After Winning The Toss

Kohli remarkably has so far lost 85 tosses in international cricket and luck has evaded him during tosses even in the IPL. The India skipper’s toss win/loss ratio of 0.74 is the worst among Indian captains who have led for at least 100 games. In the recently concluded home series against England, Kohli managed to win only 2 tosses which prove he is not at all a lucky captain.

Today when he finally won the toss before the opening match of IPL 2021, Kohli was surprised and termed it as ‘unbelievable’, Kohli even sarcastically trolled himself by saying that the break has helped him to finally win one toss.

“It’s unbelievable, bit of a mini-break helped me I guess to win a toss. Going to bowl first. They’re a side who likes chasing. Good chance for us to get onto the park and create some intensity. With the balance we have this year we can do both, but have to understand who you’re playing against. We understand with the depth they have they have never out of the game. Bowling first was a no-brainer for us,” he said at the toss.

Meanwhile, it has been a good start for Kohli’s RCB as they managed to remove Rohit Sharma for just 18. Presently the defending champs are 47 for 1 after 6 overs with Suryakumar Yadav and Chriss Lynn batting at the crease.
