Recently, during an Instagram Live chat with Suresh Raina, Jonty Rhodes, who has seen the Indian cricketer from close quarters revealed the fittest cricketer in the world at present. The former Proteas cricketer also mentioned about Kohli looks after his diet to keep himself in shape.
“We have to look to different physical requirements for different players, we need to see how often they get injured and how much they have improved their fitness. In that scenario, Virat Kohli’s transformation from a chubby lad after realising the importance of fitness is unbelievable,” Rhodes told Raina.

“Not only exercise but to look after his diet. He is the fittest right now in my opinion,” he added.
Meanwhile, India skipper Virat Kohli has made a transformation in his diet since 2013. When he bursts onto the international circuit on the back of the U19 World Cup win, Kohli was fond of chicken. However, he turned vegetarian and since then, has been admired a lot by the youngsters.
